In one of the military units of the Volgograd region, a joint deputy reception was held - with a colleague Vitaly Likhachev, as well as Igor Vorobyov and Mikhail Kharitonin, deputies, respectively, the regional parliament and the city Duma of Volgograd. Showing another conversation, as always in this format, turned out to be rich and productive. And the main topic was the possibility of participating in the regional personnel program "Stalingrad appeal".

Any participant or veteran of his, having higher or secondary specialized education, can take part in the project. Registration is going on until March 21. After testing knowledge, skills and inclinations, applicants have an interview with the public council of the project. And the participants already selected in this way will be able to undergo training in a specially developed educational program.

The training is scheduled for almost a year - the start is scheduled for June 1, and the completion of May 31. Throughout their studies, and there will be not only relevant theoretical knowledge, but also numerous internships, mentors will oversee the participants. Their final list is still a secret, but there will definitely be the heads of the authorities, the heads of municipalities, and several top managers of successful regional enterprises.

It is logical - they have to prepare their future colleagues. At the end, graduates will be able to apply for appointments to various leadership positions - in the system of state authorities, in municipal structures and at the enterprises of the region. The attitude with which the Public Council is already preparing the project is not in doubt: the “Stalingrad call” will be productive.

And for many years to come will give a good impetus to improve the regional personnel reserve. This is not another target set and, by the way, not a form of support at all. To get into the number of finalists, the participants will have to make efforts, and the training itself will be as intense as possible! The main task is obvious, but does not mean simple.

But the most responsible. We are simply obliged to realize the highest potential of the best people of our country for the long -term good of Russia. The desire to be needed by the country and the region and the heroes are huge in peaceful work! I have no doubt that among the men with whom today were the participants, and possibly some finalists of the “Stalingrad appeal”.
