After graduating from high school, a simple rural guy from an ordinary family, decided to go to medicine and entered the Kizlyar Medical School. The choice of the future profession was not accidental - in the native outback it was difficult with medical help and the doctors had to consult tens of kilometers. The dream of Bayram Yulushev was to help people, everyone who needed medical care.

Studying in a medical school helped to understand that medicine is his calling. In the year, he entered the Astrakhan State Medical Institute with a degree in the "medical case". Kirov and the Alexander-Mariinsky Regional Clinical Hospital. Then he worked as an assistant to the head of the regional department of Roszdravnadzor. Bayram Huseynovich has preparations and certificates in the specialties “Organization of Health and Public Health”, “Surgery”, “Medicine Physical Education and Sports Medicine”.

In the year, he improved his qualifications at the Russian Academy of National Economy and the Public Administration of the President of the Russian Federation under the program “Management in the field of healthcare”. In the year, with honors, he graduated from the ASTU master's program in the direction of “State and Municipal Administration”. Bayram Huseynovich conducts active public work - is a member of the Presidium of the Astrakhan Regional Committee of the Trade Union of Health Workers and the Presidium of the Regional Public Organization “Medical Chamber of the Astrakhan Region”.

He is a member of the board of the Council of the Chief doctors of the Astrakhan region. He takes part in conferences in sports medicine and is actively promoting a healthy lifestyle in the region. In the year he became a member of the Olympic fire relay. In the sports circles of the Astrakhan region, he is revered as a mentor and organizer - he is the founder and president of the Astrakhan regional public organization “Sports Federation of Mixed Martial Arts of MMA”.

For many years, Bayram Yulushev has been a permanent captain of the healthcare workers of the Astrakhan region, who, under his sensitive leadership, has become a repeated winner of all -Russian competitions. In the piggy bank of Bayram Yulushev there are many not only high sports awards, but also departmental. In March, he was awarded the medal of the trade union of health workers of the Russian Federation “For a special contribution to the fight against coronavirus”, in Kirov, they congratulate Kirov from the bottom of his heart!
