To date, on the territory of the SZRC in St. Petersburg, we have built more than 30 industrial and auxiliary facilities with a total area of ​​more than thousand. But life does not stand still, and we understand: what was innovative and progressively yesterday, 5 years ago, today already requires development and modernization to comply with new challenges and requirements, including structural changes in the state defense order.

As part of the further development of the SZRC technopark, it is planned to build new industrial buildings, including for the production of civil purposes. To achieve success, we need to provide the consumer with higher quality products than before, or having some new properties and, moreover, for the same or less price. All these factors should be taken into account in the design and construction of new facilities and modernization of existing ones.

To accommodate the production of civilian products, we prepared a plot for a building with an area of ​​45 thousand. To improve transport communication between production housings, the construction of the road along the Neva River is underway. Own NII is a return to the old, well -established state of affairs, when each ministry had its own industry research institutes, which conducted its own developments for the development of a particular industry, formed tasks for academic institutions and higher education for in -depth study and scientific surveys.

In the Soviet period, the industry research institutes had a very powerful test base and gave recommendations for the further introduction of inventions and new materials into the industry. SZRC has unique equipment that allows you to simulate any operating conditions of weapons and military equipment. In the context of the growth of anti -Russian sanctions, to ensure technological independence, we have the task of developing a line of modern cars for the needs of the Russian army in the shortest possible time.

This will not only increase the number of orders and increase the profitability of the enterprise, but will also help reduce dependence on foreign components. In the Nitz Atim, research work on the development of technologies of polymer, ceramic and metal structural materials, on the production of metal powders for 3D printing, is developed, technologies for applying modifying coatings to powders of ceramic and diamonds that improve the sintering of powders and mechanical properties obtained by the methods of AT products, wear resistance, adhesion.

Within the framework of the work, we are faced with a lack of qualified personnel with the necessary competencies in the field of additive technologies, therefore, we are engaged in the conduct of seminars and the training of specialists on this subject. The manufacture of promising additive powder compositions and their own equipment for additive production, competently built into the production chain, entails the production of better products and the faster manufacture of non -standard products.

Of great interest among visitors to the Museum of the History of the Obukhov plant is the interactive historical model of the old site of the 19th century factory. Developments in this area are highlighted in a separate direction? We understand our competencies in this area - from individual elements of microelectronics, special wheel tractors to systems and communication complexes, navigation and air traffic control.

The experience of operating equipment in the Arctic region indicates that a simple adaptation of individual nodes and assemblies to low temperatures does not solve problematic issues, such as a change in the physicochemical properties of materials, an increase in the viscosity of fuel and energy liquids, the refusal of electronics and energy sources, as well as the structural impossibility of operating individual wind loads, the effects of high humidity and snowy load Vyanosov.

Therefore, for the Arctic, it is necessary to actually re -create all products, change the constructive and materials. Our experts have equipment that allows you to make complex products in a closed cycle, starting from the input control of materials and components and ending with tests and packaging. In addition, the SZRC has a regional testing center, which is completely equipped with high -tech domestic equipment.

The uniqueness of the center lies in the fact that the quality of both individual elements of the system and the system as a whole is evaluated here. The main applications come from young specialists who are generators of ideas, which is especially pleasant. For the period from a year to year, a person was received for targeted training, they were employed at the enterprises of the SZRC graduates, a person continues to study. In addition, the SZRC provides an opportunity to undergo training and improve their qualifications at the expense of the enterprise in its own scientific and educational center.

Young specialists who do not have their own housing, the company pays monetary compensation. What tasks are it assigned to him? Today, at all enterprises of the GRC “Almaz - Antei”, systematic work is planned to develop products for the Arctic region. Special classes are equipped for conducting leaning, labor protection, training operators of CNC machines, radio components, technical measurements and general seleser training, it is planned to create a special class for training in the field of industrial safety.

” To date, Nutz are not enough, and we are considering the possibility of moving it to the main passage building under construction, this will not only increase the area of ​​audiences on a square. How did the idea of ​​opening a museum for the general public appear? The museum exposition and its funds were constantly growing, and there was a pressing need to expand it.

In addition, access to the museum was extremely difficult, in fact, it was departmental, “half -closed”. A visit, even for employees of the enterprise, required compliance with certain rules. Therefore, in the year it was decided to transfer the building, where the auxiliary services of the plant were previously housed the historical building of the factory outpatient clinic of the year, the architect F.

The reconstruction of the building lasted about 2.5 years, and on the birthday of the plant, on May 16, the updated museum was solemnly opened for universal free visit. Now there are 8 spacious halls with a permanent exposition, a hall for conferences, seminars, literary and musical evenings and other events. The area of ​​the main building of the museum is near the square.

Last year, by the GUZA, the museum exposition was supplemented by new rooms and an old forge. Of great interest among visitors is the interactive historical model of the old site of the XIX century factory. The implementation of the state defense order is the main priority of the SZRC. Does the reconstruction of the Obukhov sports complex continue? The reconstruction of the Obukhov complex continues, but now the sports complex is called "Almaz - Antei".

This year we expect that the sports complex will resume its work. After the reconstruction, the facility will include: three children's, Tir -meter and tire pools, two sports halls, gyms, fitness and dance halls, a sauna, a solarium, a children's room and a cozy cafe. The design of the sports complex will be designed in the corporate colors of the VKO “Almaz - Antei” concern: white, blue and red.

The sports complex "Almaz-Antei" includes the same name and youth football club.To date, in a football club they are engaged in near pupils, at the disposal of which a large and small football field, an indoor arena with artificial coating, as well as two sports halls. According to the results of the first half of the season, Almaz -Antei ranks third among the teams of the Premier League, slightly lagging behind the Zenit FC.

The teams U and U entered the 1st place in their age groups. We hope that the updated sports complex and the youth football club will be an excellent foundation for the development and popularization of sports not only among the employees of the enterprises that are part of the SZRC of the VKO “Almaz-Antei” concern, but also residents of the Nevsky district of St. Petersburg. As part of the implementation of the tasks of the SZRC, work is actively underway to search for new areas of activity in the field of additive technologies, air traffic management, and the creation of new modern materials necessary for the production of new generation products.

In August, the GOZ JSC began serial production of the Helios-1 3D printer, collected by 90 percent of Russian-made components for printing with plastic materials. Work continues to expand the product range of 3D printers. For example, a procedural simulator with voice control and elements of artificial intelligence used during the vocational training of air traffic controllers, thanks to which the pilot operator is not required and the level of the most important professional dispatching skills of the dispatch composition is carried out.

This function was developed for the first time in the history of the development of gym equipment in Russia. We hope that the GSM equipment will be in demand by all operators of the cellular network and solve a number of problems related to ensuring the safety of cellular networks.
