And to create a positive atmosphere, we use the very secret ingredient that I have already talked about: friendship and mutual understanding.

In our team, we have its own, not similar to anything microclimate, which we call the family among ourselves. And the family, as you know, is not only hugs and a holiday holiday. This is the responsibility, and the collective approach, and compliance with the deadlines. This is not just setting the task, and let a person fulfill it as he can. Of course, I, like any other entrepreneur, dream that one day my business begins to function on my own and let me get back.

But for this, first you need to create an ideal corporate culture that will not collapse at the first storm. Is it innate? You know, I had anything in my life. I had to go through different adversities and difficulties. In my student years, I got into a heavy accident. Fracture of the spine, a terrible prospect to stay disabled for life. Against this background - depression and a long recovery process.

There were serious financial losses because of, let’s say, some unscrupulous partners. And even at first, some resistance of my parents who dreamed of seeing me with a successful lawyer, and even not an entrepreneur. Through all this it was necessary to go through, survive everything and adequately get out of all these situations. Therefore, in my opinion, the winner is not the one who always wins, but the one who never gives up.

I think so and live so. Anna suddenly becomes completely serious. In business, I always strive to come up with something new. I like to watch my ideas come to life. How they gain an independent life. How they surprise, impressive people, how they benefit. I always see the path from beginning to end and understand how to get to the goal. If I click, then I am looking for alternative paths, but I always keep my goal “in the optical sight”, I never throw it.

Yes, obstacles often arise in life, but I am convinced that there is a way out of any situation. And any growth begins with overcoming failures and, of course, following your dream. So, for example, I always dreamed of creating my marketing agency, collecting a professional team for this. You understand, this is not an easy task and it took me more than one year. But now my dream is fulfilled.

We opened a marketing agency. It is called Vkapuste, and we get orders from almost all corners of the country. By the way, do you need good advertising? Before me is her amazing smile again! And what inspires you on your way of an entrepreneur?

For me, helping sick children is perhaps the strongest motivator. Every time after that I want to fly. But I do not want to talk a lot about it. This is very personal. And what will you do when you achieve everything, Anna? Is it possible to achieve everything and calm down? Let me better tell you what I dream about. I dream of a business with billions.

And I sincerely believe that this will become a reality in the near future. Money is a tool that helps to create something new, makes it possible to share well-being with others. Billion profit for me is the quality of life, the opportunity to help others, live comfortably, travel, rest. I would like to live and breathe in full chest, freely, in a very sunny place, among happy people, in order to rejoice at every day.

I would like not only to achieve financial success, but also to continue to create projects that bring great benefits that will remain after me.So that each project bears positive energy and joy.
