However, Sergey’s parents insisted that his son became a follower in professional activities: his father was an assistant driver, and his mother worked in the management of the Sverdlovsk Railway. In the year he graduated from the Ural State University of Railways of Urgups in Yekaterinburg with a degree in economics in railway transport. A KVN team was organized at the university, in which Sergey became the captain due to the fact that he won in the competition "Knight of the Institute".
In the team, Sergei Svetlakov played for about two years - during this time KVN became a lesson in his first importance for him. True, he did not manage to put a single assessment: at the end of the greeting of the Dobryanka team, Sergey Svetlakov, following the calls of the actors playing on the stage, began to dance, including on the judicial table, after which the security was removed from the hall. As it later became known, this act, which looked like an improvisation, was a pre -prepared part of the performance of Dobryanka and was approved by the leading Alexander Maslyakov.
This creative team laid the foundation for Comedy Club in Russia.
