The order of the portrait of N. Safronov Nikas Safronov was born in the year in Ulyanovsk in a poor family of a retired military man. Four older brothers and younger sister were the faithful companions of his childhood, and Nikas carried a good attachment to them through all the intricacies of his life. Studying at a comprehensive school, he independently became interested in drawing, copying book illustrations and reproductions, developing his own romantic style, thus embodying his dreams of travel and adventure.

At that time he did not think about making fine art at that time and at the end of school entered the Odessa Sailing School. He left his studies, served military service in the missile forces and moved to his mother’s homeland in Lithuanian panevysis, where he worked as a theater designer, and later in Vilnius, where he began his training and career as a painter.

Later, Nikas graduated from the Surikov Institute and remained in Moscow forever. Since the year, he actively writes, puts up and sells his work, and from his first personal exhibition of the year in Panevezis becomes known as a bright surrealist, portrait painter and experimenter. Taking a constant need for self -improvement, Nikas travels a lot, studies the technique of great masters of the past in museums and collections of the world, gets acquainted with the masterpieces of culture.

His active life and wide contacts contribute to the fact that his personality becomes no less attractive and popular than his work. Many personal exhibitions and the active acquisition of work by state museums around the world create an extensive clientele and army of fans. The series of psychological portraits of contemporaries, unconditionally recognized by the best modern achievements of this genre, were widely fame to Nikas.

But the desire for paintings as works of imagination never left him, no matter how successful and demanded his activity as a portraitist was.
