Biography Boyko Irina
Map of cultural institutions of the Irkutsk region Irina Boyko: we educate and employ a young personnel, General Director of the Oyok Social and Cultural Sports Complex, Irina Boyko, a person with an active life position. For ten years that it stands at the helm, the cultural institution has changed a lot. By profession, I am a teacher - a teacher of technology and entrepreneurship, at that time I had 22 years of experience.
But I was also Deputy Director for Educational Work at the Oyok Professional School. And she always took an active part in public life: she wrote scripts, organized mass events, went on stage as a presenter. I myself also engaged in different types of decorative and applied creativity: knitting, macram, sewing. Unfortunately, now there is absolutely no time for this. What has changed over 10 years?
And when I came, the “best modeling houses of culture”, the national project “Culture” started, and we began to submit documents wherever possible. Only three times - to create a cinema on the basis of our complex. And in the end they won! And C for years, we have a major overhaul of the entire institution. More than a million rubles were allocated for it. From the very beginning, heating did not work in it, and this whole complex was heated by electricity.
For many years, the sewage system did not function - one small warm toilet was made a year before my office. Therefore, after major repairs, all engineering networks will be updated: sewage, ventilation and heating. They will fix the roof in which there were leaks. Repair of all interior will be carried out. A part of the basements, where the gym and sports sections are located, are deepened and concreted.
The builders have already changed the windows, and later stained glass windows in the lobby will be replaced. Unfortunately, our project does not provide equipment with equipment and furniture after overhaul. Of course, we will participate in programs from the year, but we would like to fill our building with modern equipment and furniture early. It contains the House of Culture, a sports center, a cinema, a museum of the history of the village OOK and the Library.
In addition, in the villages of cats and butyrs at schools there are two more libraries that we also supervise. In the year, we opened a rural club in the village of Maximovshchina. There are sports sections, there is a group of health, choreographic circles. We are proud of the folk chorus “Volnitsa”, the exemplary choreographic group “Obrand”, the pop studio “Inspiration”, the vocal and instrumental ensemble “Positron”.
These groups travel with performances throughout the country and become laureates of various competitions. We have a center of Cossack culture, on the basis of which there are also a vocal and choreographic groups. The studios of fine art and needlework are led by a professional with extensive experience - Lyudmila Borisova. By the way, she sews costumes for all our teams.
The museum and the library also have its own club formations of the cognitive and local history direction. In addition, in our institution there is a children's music school, which we provide for free of charge part of the premises. We also have a sports group for people with disabilities “overcoming”, where 11 people of different ages are engaged. Our instructor-methodologist, head of the sports center Elena Sobyanina, united them.
She is engaged with them on special simulators according to the system of Dr. Bubnovsky. I would like to thank the administration of the Irkutsk region, which helps us with transport and equipment for this section. The team is good, friendly and creative. And it should be noted that without my colleagues, victory in this competition would be impossible! It is a pity that I can’t name the names of all employees.
Indeed, all members of the team are important in our team, thanks to which the complex works as a coordinated mechanism.
For example, a choreographic studio in which they are engaged near children is headed by a married couple - Ivan and Sofya Gorbacheva. A studio of pop vocals, where about 40 people are singing, leads Oksana Mungalova. The vocal and instrumental ensemble "Positron" is headed by Irina Lezneva, and the Cossack ensemble "Volya" is Tatyana Kargapolova. In October, these two groups were invited to the transfer of the “Russia” channel “Songs with all my heart”.
The head of the Museum of Salis Sorokin is very creative. The largest experience in the team of the head of our house of culture Galina Merkuryeva. She is a very responsible and experienced employee. By the way, the artistic director of our complex Natalya Kustova has been engaged in our institution from the age of five. And the guide of the museum Marina Khmeleva is also our pupil, who returned to work in his native village.
This year, the pedagogical college is finishing our talented culturalizer Margarita Shaiman. We have many young specialists who used to be engaged in our teams, and then returned to work for us. Today, young people are eager for the city, but it is gratifying that many are returning to their native village. We try to educate them so that it pulls to our homeland. And, of course, we are ready to employ the guys.
In the year with her parents, she arrived at BAM in the village of Zveznaya, where she graduated from school. There I met my future husband, we got married, lived on a bam. Then in M went to Ukraine to grandparents. They lived there for two years. At the same time, I studied in Irkutsk and went here at a session. At the same time, our friends from BAM moved to Oyok and began to persuade us to come to them.
As a result, in the year we returned to the Irkutsk region. I got a job at the Oyok Professional School, where I, a young specialist, immediately offered to become a head teacher. We built a house on our own, here we had two children. My husband works as the director of the economic and operational service in the Oyk administration, and the eldest daughter in our house culture.
The son is studying now, but also plans to return to OOK. The youngest daughter firmly intends to connect her professional activity with culture. Tell us about your impressions? I won it in the year. I think that such competitions are very needed. After all, besides the fact that it is nice when your merits are appreciated, you also see your colleagues. Honestly, I do not envy the jury members, because we have a lot of worthy cultural workers.
And we need such competitions!
