In the Ivanovo region, Chechen Yusup Biltuev lives for a long time, whose name in the nineties was known not only to those who were engaged in business, and today they did not forget about him. Yusup himself was engaged in entrepreneurship, and was an unspoken controller of local business, resolved disputes and conflicts, which then could not and still often could not resolve weak judiciary and police.

Of course, he was not one, but definitely the best in the profession - at least because we are still alive and respected.

Today it is called an “authoritative entrepreneur”, then it was called differently-very differently. But the Yusup figure is not public, and although we are familiar, there is no need to talk about the interview. Another thing is Isa Edilsultanov - also a Chechen, also an entrepreneur, also surrounded by a train of legends and rumors, also authoritative and respected.

Later, Yusup came to the Ivanovo region in the year, but settled tightly, became part of the business landscape: first as a businessman, then as a politician from the year, a representative of the head of the Chechen Republic in the Ivanovo region. Probably, the fact is that the Chechens in Russia are more than one of the peoples inhabiting the Federation - many republics have representative offices in the region, but only about this is heard.

Because Ramzan Kadyrov does not behave like the rest of Russian politicians, and due to the fact that Isa Edilsultanov allows herself to be like him. There was a lot of propaganda, and in small cities this attitude still remains, the label of criminals is still hanging on us. In Moscow and St. Petersburg, this is not the case. There are, they say, authoritative publishers, and it laughs well. And if the Chechen is authoritative, they immediately think: in what perspective is this? Are you respected, afraid, do you have any special license or something else? We have ancient customs and traditions that not every nation have - although they are now collapsing, unfortunately.

We have a small people, and no one knows where they came from, but no one else has such traditions of mutual assistance and mutual assistance. We always help each other, respect - for this they respect us. Of course, there are lousy sheep among us - they can drink, smoke up, create other problems. After the army, I lived in Chita, there were seven Chechens around the whole region.

My friends and I learned that in the city of Shilka, in kilometers, a Chechen has been living for twenty years now - and went to visit. He had a Russian wife, two sons, at the entrance to the Pig's house in the pen, he himself was such a real mustachioed Chechen - he sat and cried.
