Two years later, when a new building was inhabited by the year 23, the runway became an independent workshop, and Pyotr Tikhonovich Noskov as his boss.

And so, he worked at the factory for only two years. I practically worked in a specialty received in a technical school. After the eight -month service, I was demobilized, and I returned to the factory. I work in this workshop to this day. A big event was the entry into the party. In the year I was accepted in candidates, and then to the CPSU members. In production, I am memorable for the years when the system of infectious delivery of products from the first presentation was introduced.

I remember when I came to the factory in the year, the OK employees worked as defectors, and they revealed defects differently. In the delivery workshops, the equipment increased by new, made measuring instruments and tools, but the control methods remained the same. Automation of the assembly control and installation of devices remains a dream so far ... And if you take it seriously?

Compared to those years when he came to the plant, they are huge. Production aesthetics have been introduced, the layout and equipment of workplaces, etc. have been improved. And, at the same time, both before and now in the rental workshops, there are shortages for pantries and for the equipment of jobs for employees of the OTC. In the assembly section of the installer, three people are sitting at the same table.As for product quality indicators, unfortunately, both in the past, and now the quality of production and presentation of products for verification affects the quality.

It was solemn and pleasant when on December 30, the director of the plant, the chairman of the tug and deputy.
