Zemchenkova biography

Maria Golubkova St. Petersburg The situation in which the former chief nephrologist of the Northern capital, Alexander Zemchenkov, happily escaped a prison term, is a real detective. That's just classifying it is extremely difficult - either romantic, or thriller. The first wife of Zemchenkova Irina disappeared twelve years ago, on February 23, in the morning on the way to work - to the hospital N 6.

On this day, the famous gynecologist in the city was a day off, but on the eve she operated on a complex patient and decided to visit her. Usually Dr. Zemchenkova drove by car - but that day she decided to go on the subway. And disappeared.

The husband was inconsolable, and the search is active. Even the plot came out in the program "Wait for me", almost the whole family took part in its filming - the Zemchenkovs have three children. By the way, actor Mikhail Efremov at that time led her. The daughter of Catherine told on the camera that she watched large intervals of videos from the surveillance cameras of all the surrounding metro stations, and not just the nearest Petrogradskaya - her mother did not light up anywhere.

The student-student, along with friends, was stirring the ads "A man disappeared! Father Gennady Kononov personally handed out leaflets with signs of passers -by - he says, gave more than two hundred. Investigators were preparing for the worst: they opened a case under the article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Murder", and the body was supposed to be found after the snow came down.

When this did not happen, the proceedings were suspended for the lack of a suspect. However, Irina's father continued to torment the thought of the fate of her daughter, so in December he achieved the reception of the head of the Investigative Committee of Russia Alexander Bastrykin. Thus, it was possible to establish that on that day the victim did not leave the house at all.

The indicated information together with other newly obtained evidence served as the grounds for the charges of committing this crime. From the very beginning, the investigation was known that that morning there was a conflict between Irina and her husband, Alexander himself said. However, the man claimed that after that the wife was dressed and left - and everything was not so. They quarreled because of his married betrayal - here it is, a romantic aspect.

By the way, the second wife of Zemchenkov was a colleague from the Department of Internal Diseases and Nephrology of the University of Mechnikov, where the nephrologist worked at one time, they have been familiar from the middle of the x. The man lost his temper, pushed his wife on a chair - she fell, hit her head and died. Wanting to hide what happened, a sudden widower dismembered Irina’s body - after all, a doctor, he knows the anatomy well.

Then he packed in plastic bags, and, according to him, he took the garbage containers in different parts of the city. None of them was found even by accident, so there are also assumptions that the packages were buried somewhere. During the preliminary hearings, the man confirmed his testimony in court. Therefore, the prosecutor changed the legal qualification of his actions: from an article by the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to an article, from the "murder" to "unintentional murder".

And the defense immediately filed a petition for the termination of the criminal case over the expiration of the statute of limitations, which was immediately satisfied in the absence of objections. The fact is that according to Article 78 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, a crime under part 1 of the article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is considered a slight gravity and has a statute of limitations for two years from the date of commission.

Zemchenkov was released directly from the hall of the Petrograd District Court of St. Petersburg. The point in this case has not yet been set. For example, in April of last year, lawyer Alexander Poshaev - he defended the defendant of another “case of divine” in court, the historian Sokolov, and in the Zemchenkov case, he first represented the interests of Gennady Kononov - said that guilt is self -negotiating.

It is possible that Zemchenkov nevertheless accepted the "offer that cannot be abandoned." But at the same time, beyond the scope of the trial was the fact that he hid the committed crime in a rather terrible way. Even the initial prosecution was charged under part 1 of the article, that is, murder without any aggravating circumstances. If this is true, a man will have to explain his motives, looking into the eyes of his own children.

In addition, the prosecutor's office of St. Petersburg still has the opportunity to appeal the court decision - the decision will be made after the document enters the supervisory authority in an official route. Meanwhile, the historian Oleg Sokolov, who shot his graduate student and mistress Anastasia Eshchenko, and dismantled the body and threw it into the sink right in the center of St.

Petersburg, received 12.5 years in prison and is now serving a sentence in a strict regime colony. In September last year, he tried to mitigate the punishment, accusing Eshchenko of provoking him, cried in court and told his children: "The folder lost his head from the monster."
