Rabyat Zakavova biography
Zakavov’s rabid: “Women in Dagestan are becoming more and more independent that they cannot but inspire” the photo: from the personal archive the concept of “successful woman” for the deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Dagestan slab light - these are not only professional achievements and career growth, but also internal strength, the ability to remain in any situation.
About what role in the socio-political life of Dagestan is played by a woman, she told in an interview with RIA Dagestan journalist. We see how women occupy key positions in business, tourism and hospitality industry, ethnic group and applied art, education, healthcare, culture, legislative power and other areas. Women in Dagestan become more and more independent and influential, which cannot but rejoice and not inspire.
A successful woman is one who is not afraid to set ambitious goals and achieve them, despite obstacles. However, she should be able to combine her career with the interests of the family, because we all know that a woman is a keeper of a family hearth. It is also important that a successful woman does not compete with a man, she does not risk everyone for glory, she is for stability and responsibility.
We have certain qualities that help to be leaders. Women are often attentive to others, know how to listen and support the team, organized, responsible and can do several things at the same time. Women think creatively, see problems from different angles and find new solutions, emotional intelligence and the ability to empathy help to better understand people around.
The creative approach, care and desire for justice make them valuable members of the team. It is important to remember that each person is unique and success depends on personal qualities, and not only on gender differences. Management experience allowed me to develop communication skills, delegation of tasks and motivation of the team. I studied on mistakes, strove for constant improvement and maintained trusting relations with colleagues.
I remember the situation when, being as an authorized person on the rights of a child, a young mother turned to me in desperation with a request to find and return to the family of the baby, who was illegally seized from her. Her endless appeals to various organs gave the result. As it was established, strangers have issued custody of the boy, and for more than six months he was brought up in another family in another region.
My appeals to law enforcement agencies, a genetic examination, lawsuits, my legal experience, by the way, was ultimately returned the child to the family. This case left a positive mark in my life.
