He believed that Vorobyov is the author of "tender and powerful texts in Russian post -war prose." There is no information about the personal life of the writer’s personal life in any of the sources. It is known that he was married, that his wife was called faith. There are no references about the children of Konstantin Vorobyov. Death the heart of a famous writer stopped on March 2. He died in Vilnius, where he lived all the years after the war. The cause of death was a serious illness, it is known that Vorobyov fought for a long time with a cancerous tumor of the brain.

Twenty years later, in M, the wife of the writer - Vera Vorobyova managed to transport his ashes to his homeland, to the Kursk region. Now he rests in the Nikitsky cemetery of the city of Kursk.
