After all, it was a completely new and incomprehensible trend for the Kazakhstan market. I was interested in everything related to automation of processes. After all, the work of the builder is one of the most difficult, and I always wanted to alleviate him, I wanted our houses to be built in the factory. Once, being at an exhibition in Munich, I met new robotic production technologies.

And I realized that the technology of large -panel housing construction can be successfully implemented in Kazakhstan. After seeing how 28 plants in the world are arranged, I chose the best option. Then the long and painstaking preparatory work began. In the industrial zone of the capital, they found a plot for the construction of the plant, prepared all resources, agreed with European partners.

The initiative was supported by state bodies. The most important problem was that in our country there were no specialists to work on European equipment - we chose manufacturers from Austria and Germany. The Germans agreed to train our employees, but the language barrier has significantly complicated everything. And some of the specialists had to hire abroad. Despite all the difficulties, we launched the first production line in the year.

The most modern automated European equipment and the latest process integration systems have been installed at our plant, which exclude any human mistake.
